I spent three years at Servier and ten at Pfizer, on the commercial side. I was a rep. I know how long it takes to get one sentence approved, and why nobody wants to touch it afterwards.
That’s what I bring to AI. When an answer for a Canadian patient cites an American page, I notice. When a rep asks what they’re allowed to do with Copilot, I know the question behind the question.
I’m also a rare disease patient. I was diagnosed with common variable immune deficiency (CVID) in 2019, and I actively advocate for people’s health using technology and AI.
Inpharmativ began by finding the specialists commercial teams were missing, and we still do. Then clients started asking something new: what is AI saying about us, and how do we use it ourselves? That’s now the work we lead with.
